A true giant has left us! How unbelievable that Joey de Francesco has transitioned on with 51 years! Our heart is very heavy and under total shock. The world lost a unique musician, a master of his instrument(s), a warmhearted, kind and funny human being. People say that „the orchestra in heaven gets better and better“, but what about the „orchestra“ on earth? There is and will be nobody like JoeyD! The „Orchestra in Earth“ has no organ chair any more! Joey will be missed as a kind soul and spirit and as an outstanding organist, multi instrumentalist and artist. Our condolences, love and prayers are going out to his beautiful wife Gloria. We mourn with you, our world is standing still!
